Faraz Sayal
Operations
Graduate of Humber College Toronto, Faraz has over 7 years
experience in the Web based technology field. Covering areas from
multimedia design and content development to full web based platform
development, implementation, support and customization. Focusing on
specific client needs for design and functionality. For over five
years Faraz has been involved with managing SiteAlive. Current
responsibilities include over seeing all graphic and print design
projects, web development projects, requirements gathering and
maintaining client relations.
Stella Sardinha
Controller
Graduate of Humber College Toronto, Stella joined SiteAlive
in 2006, with over 10 years experience in all different divisions of
accounting. Stella covers all critical areas of the financial
department, duties include preparation and analysis of budgets,
monthly and annual financial statements, preparation and
verification of files, implementing and controlling administrative
and accounting practices, as well manage cash flow and review all
bank reporting, and government remittances. Stella is in addition in
charge of payroll, human resources, and special projects.
Sikander Iqbal
Lead Application Developer
Graduate in Software Engineering from Carleton University Ottawa,
Sikander has acquired a wide range of software and web development
skills by working on large goal-oriented projects as well as smaller
applications of a more limited scope. Being responsible for all
phases of the development cycle including design, implementation,
testing, and maintenance, he has attained the ability to make the
most of all resources to achieve goals and deadlines. Current role
includes managing junior programmers, managing and implementing
large scale development projects, and overseeing all phases of
project development.
Steve Silva
Application Developer
Steve is a Computer Science graduate from Ryerson University with
extensive experience in web development and a strong background in
programming and relational databases. His responsibilities include
back-end development on projects of varying scale, working primarily
in PHP, MySQL and JavaScript.
Marvin Zhao
Lead Java Developer
As a Graduate of Software Engineering from Shenyang Computer
Institute of CAS China, Marvin has 10 years experience in software
development, covering traditional client-server applications to
multi-tier J2EE applications. With extensive experience in using
frameworks and server-side development, Marvin is responsible for
designing the project architecture and project implementation
working in Java, J2EE technologies and various frameworks.
Derek C. Rosien
Multimedia Developer
As a graduate of the Digital Media Technical Productions program at
Seneca and York University, Derek has a wide variety of skill sets
and creative ideas that he brings to the SiteAlive development team.
His specialties include creating highly interactive websites and web
applications as well as comprehensive multimedia presentations on
CD-ROMs & DVD-ROMs. In addition to his extensive knowledge of 3D
Modeling and Animation, Derek also brings over 5 years experience
designing and developing award winning e-learning and corporate
training courses and applications.
Nima H. Khamseh
Senior Graphic Designer
Graduate of York University and studied for 2 years at the American
University in Dubai, UAE, majoring in BA of Arts, Interior Design.
Nima has worked in the business and design field for over 7 years
for several businesses in Iran, U.A.E, and Canada; Talvin Graphic
Corp., Iranian Yellow Pages Magazine (Zarvaragh), Persian Buy & Sell
Bi-weekly Paper (Kharid-o-Foroush), Hyatt Partners covering areas
from sales representative to assistant manager and graphic design to
web development. Dedicated to his work, Nima specializes in
particular customer desires for design. For over two years Nima has
been working with SiteAlive on web and print design projects.
